Guest Em1 Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Hi I'm not sure whether you have to have a positive skills assessment if you've got a business sponsor but have linked the relevant pages below from the DIAC which might be of use. Temporary Business (Long Stay) - Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457) Hope it helps. If not - I'd suggest emailing Go Maltilda (Go Matilda - Your Gateway to Australia - Visa, Tax and Financial Planning for Australia) I've found them to be really helpful and I'm sure they wouldn't mind giving you some advice.
