My landlord sends me a monthly rental statement on it is the date the amount of rent due the amount paid and the balance will these be usable as rental reciepts? Also they have said they will do me a refrence when they inspect the property and send it to me along with my bond return reciept. Will this be acceptable by lettings agencys? Some agents are not bothered at all with getting references from a previous landlord as long as you can show you have the money to pay the rent.
