HEY ALL ! HOPE YOUR WELL ...

IM MOVING TO OZ IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND JUST HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS ?? :?

I WORK AS A SOUS CHEF AT THE MO, HAVE DONE THE LONDON CIRCUIT AND WORKED WITH EXTREMELY GOOD CHEFS IN THE PAST 8 YEARS ... HAVE BEEN VERY FORTUNATE THUS FAR ...

MY MAIN QUESTIONS IS ,,, WHATS THE QUALITY OF LIFE OUT THERE LIKE FOR CHEFS ?.. AM I STILL GOING TO BE WORKING SILLY SILLY HOURS?

I KNOW KITCHENS DONT GENERALY CHANGE FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY , BUT HAVE JUST HEARD SO MANY CLOUDY STORIES FROM PREVIOUS VISITORS AND IT ALL SOUNDS A BIT TO EASY TO ME !!? 8 HOUR DAYS ?? NO SPLITS ?? BREAKS !!!!!!!!!?? SURELY NOT ?? :wink:

I WANT TO PUSH MY CAREER OUT THERE AND UNDERSTAND IF I STAY IN HIGH AA -MICHELIN RESTARAUNTS THEN NOT ALOT WILL CHANGE APART FROM THE FACT ILL BE IN A HECK OF A NICER COUNTRY !!!!!!!

ANY HELP - GUIDANCE FROM ANY FELLOW CHEFS, IN OR OUTSIDE OF OZ WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP ...... CHEERS TIM
