Hi - any idea on timing? i.e. what part of the year would you be heading off/returning. And which suburb?

we are hoping to leave in May and its in a suburb called Clear Island Waters - (on the border of Mermaid Waters and Broadbeach Waters) - Santa Cruz Boulevard.
