Seeking Lawyer specialising in medical queries

Hi all, first time poster here seeking your valuable advise. I used to live in Australia for a few years from 2012 working for the Australian Government. Loved the life out there and said I would always return one day to settle down permanently. I moved back to the UK (London), met my wife and had a son. We were lucky enough to receive a 190 invitation a few weeks ago from Victoria and have now received nomination to apply.

The only concern which I have regarding our application is the medical. Our son developed a few health conditions which meant he spent several weeks in hospital when he was a baby due to breathing and feeding difficulties. Once they diagnosed him, he was given the right medication/treatment to go home with and is growing out of his issues (slowly but surely). He is now nearly 4 years old, goes to a regular nursery school, doesn't need any assistance at school and is developmentally perfectly normal. His diagnosis sheet makes him look much worse than what he is. In addition to being on some medication, he has a swallow problem which means some of the liquid he drinks goes down the wrong hole occasionally. This is something which he is growing out of, and he is getting better from. But at the moment, he has a feeding tube (MicKey button for those in the know) in his stomach which he push a few syringes of water into every few hours to keep him "topped up". The prognosis is that he should get over all of his issues in the next few years

We are looking for recommendations for an immigration consultant though who specialises in complex medical cases as we would like to make sure we stand a good chance of being successful before we apply. Our main concern is how they may interpret cost of care.

Thanks
