We’re in the process of planning our move back to Oz and I am trying to complete a comprehensive financial plan to see if the move is viable. could anyone shed some light on pay for a senior reg in emergency medicine in SA please. Does SA allow locum shifts or is there a minimum term you must work in order to work locum shifts? I’m struggling to find a pay structure online which is accurate (I.e. taking into account antisocial hours pay etc.) many thanks for any help anyone can provide.
