'I have noted you have already provided an Australian Federal Police National Police Certificate via Immiaccount. However, the certificate is without your Alias-HODSON Sophie. Thus, an updated AFP with both of your full name and Alias included is requested.' I can see on all of my uploaded documents that my name is correct... either HODSON, Sophie Louise or Sophie Louise HODSON. I can't see where this information might be incorrect. Any advice would be helpful. I usually find it easier just to comply with these types of (not uncommon) spurious requests rather than try and push back.
