burmtra Posted October 14, 2022 Share Posted October 14, 2022 Hi can anyone confirm how long you need to be onshore to a submit an 864 via application; for it to be registered & for you then to successfully apply for a bridging visa B? Ie could this be done within a 5 week period or would you have to submit it over a longer period time? Also are you allowed to submit an 864 visa whilst being on an ETA on shore (the applicants are from the UK and would be visiting Australia and during this visit may submit an application for this visa)?
