Hi All

Back on the forum after a long time, hope all is well.

I have applied for my parents visitor visa in tourist stream and not family sponsored (coz that takes more processing time)

Just here to see recent experiences on docs and timelines. Following is mine:

Applied - 15th of Feb 2022

Status - Received

Applied - 14th March 2022

Status - Received

 Is your parent’s visa granted???

Hi Jez and Prashant,

When you applied for your parent's visa, did you answer the question on " Does the applicant intent to enter Australia on more than one occasion as Yes or No?"

I applied for my parents and sibling's family member's visa and its still pending.

I answered yes to the above question.

I'm not sure if this portion of the visa has bearing on how quick they process the visas nowadays.

Applied Family sponsor 600 for my parents.

 

Here is the timeline:

 

Applied on 25th February

Medicals on 17th March 

Status: Waiting
