1337 Posted January 5, 2022 Author Share Posted January 5, 2022 Thanks Paul. I just wanted to make sure that we do not end up in a tricky situation. My partner will be visiting on a short stay visit visa (application lodged) and we plan to lodge a SC820 partner visa onshore as soon as she is here. I'm a PR holder.
