Aj Dizz Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 Hi All. I applied my Mum’s visa(143) through an Agent in April 2016 and allocated to the case officer in February 2020. We have done Medical and provided all requested documents + $10k assurance of support by June 2020. We haven’t received any update from the case officer after June 2020. We need to pay balance $43k and Agent said they haven’t received any update for last 7 months. I’m not sure the reason for this delay. Please advise, how can I get an update. Thanks Aj Have a look at the parent visa application timeline thread, there’s others still waiting from February 2016 onwards. As above your agent should be attempting to get an update for you.
