grpaway
My youngest son is now an Australian citizen, having emigrated from the U.K. 9 years ago Several years ago he sponsored his long term girlfriend on a de facto basis. She is now a PR. However they are now no longer partners. He now wants to marry (another) child hood sweet. Boys! Yes I know!!! I understand that he can make 2 sponsorships in total as long as there is a 5 year gap. is this correct. And now my eldest son is seriously thinking about emigrating to Australia but needs the added points of family sponsorship. My question is therefore... ...Is the max number of sponsorship of 2 pertinent to just de facto visas or is it a total number covering all types of visas. in other words can my youngest son sponsor a second de facto visa application and also sponsor a family member? One further question if I may. My daughter emigrated to Australia 15 years ago but returned to U.K. 5 years ago and now permanently lives in U.K. She has dual OZ and U.K. citizenship. Could she sponsor my (other) son. Very grateful for any help. is
wrussell
Quote is this correct. Yes Quote is sponsorship of 2 pertinent to just de facto visas Yes, but there are sponsorship (nomination) restrictions for other visas. Quote Could she sponsor my (other) son. From what you have posted, no. May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent for an assessment and advice?
