But instead of sending it to VFS, I have send the courier to Consulate General of Indian Melbourne. I want to know what will be happened, will it be forwarded to VFS or will the courier be send back to me? I tried to call VFS and Consulate General, but due to COVID-19 they are not operative for answering call. So i email them, but not reply yet. Need help. Arti Posted August 24, 2020 Share Posted August 24, 2020 If you are doing the process via VFS you need to follow the protocol set by VFS - i.e. send it to the VFS address based on your place of residence in AU. Sam2381 Posted August 27, 2020 Author Share Posted August 27, 2020 Thank you Arti. I have emailed all the detail to Consulate General of India Melbourne, it took 3 days for them to reply. If anyone makes the same mistake of sending PCC to Consulate General of India Melbourne, don't get panic, Consulate General will forward you passport PCC courier to VFS. Once VFS will receive your application and VFS will start processing the application and if everything is included as per VFS requirement, they will send you a confirmation will the reference number on to your email.
