filinmelb
Hi everyone! Let me just give you an overview: I plan on going back to Australia on a tourist visa and apply for an onshore visa. Me and my partner will be living together once I arrive. I am currently residing in Dubai which doesn't allow cohabitation between two people who aren't married. We have proofs of financial support, joint activities, photos with friends and families, holidays together. We will be registering our relationship once I go back and make "our" account into a joint one. We will be constantly submitting evidences as times goes as well Do you think we would have a chance? wrussell
May I suggest that you consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for advice about strategy?
