jrubinstein
Hi, I'm currently attaching documents for my 820 partner visa application. As per the online form, we listed 2 Australian citizens (my girlfriend's friends) as witnesses to our relationship. We're going to get statutory declarations (form 888) from them as well as some of my partner's family, however, we would also like to include statements from some of my family and friends in the UK. As form 888 is just for people with Australian citizenship or PR, what's the recommended procedure for this? Should we get statutory declarations that are legally binding under UK law, or will a signed letter suffice? Thanks in advance, Jack
paulhand
If you can get a UK statutory declaration that would be preferable.
