cvohra Posted September 18, 2019 Share Posted September 18, 2019 (edited) Occupation: Accountant ens 186 DE nomination & visa applied - 14 Jul 2019 HR country applicants 2 Nomination refused - 12 sep 2019 and visa cancelled given time frame of 21 days now. Reasons CFO and GM can manage accounts of $17 million turnover and doesnot require accountant in short position not genuine though i have been working for 3.5 yrs for same role. Guys please advise whether its worth going for AAT meanwhile emailing case officer to revoke as its seems to be judicial error when she cannot differentiate between cfo or gm task duties.
