PBI
Hi All, I am having hard time finding an answer on below. My husband (Australian) and I (Polish) applied offshore for my residence after 1,5yrs of our marriage. Before our marriage we have been engaged for 6 months, however we were living separately and since we got married we live togheter in Poland.I have been granted with my 309 visa 2 months after (April 2019) lodging the application but now the problem starts. All of the jobs that I am interested and qualified in require permanent residence so we decided that we will move to Australia only when i will get visa 100. So now we are confused, when can we expect visa 100 to be granted: - after 3 years of living togheter (which will be next year) and almost 4 years of relationship - which is normal requirement for permanent residence or - after 2 years of lodging our first application (which will be in 2 years) Any advice would be appreciated as we can not really find any response ( we tried to call au consul, however they could not answer our question ) thanks ! paulhand
You submit your documents for the 100 two years after you applied for the 309. The time to grant after that will depend on processing times at that point.
