Ssalman Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Hi everyone i am currently on subclass 309 visa and few days back i received an email from immi that i can now submit my documents for second stage partner visa( subclass 100)... As its mentioned that applicant is eligible for second stage visa after 2 years of 309 visa application lodgement... on 15th of september 2019 its going to be 2 years since i lodged my 309 application... so should i wait till 15th of September or i can submit my documents now? any info would be of great help. 009 Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 Hello I applied both 309/100 in march 2018 and moved to Australia in december on 309 how long i wait to get 100 visa and can i again undergo medical checks.
