Hallelujah, My wife 309 visa granted yesterday After nerve breaking patience of 22 months got visa granted DOL: October 17, 2017 Medicals and PCCs front loaded First Generic email:18 October 2017 Interview::last week 20th August 2019 thru video conference interview New medical and PCC request: 23 August 2019 Visa granted: 28 August, 2019 (Both subclass 309 and 100 granted together) Visa granted 8 days after interview. @Ssalman, its your subclass 309 visa granted? if not then you don't need to apply for subclass 100 visa because your first application has already covers both 309 and 100

Hello my dear, After applying for partner visa 309, its difficult to get visitors visa. My wife applied for partner visa on Oct, 2017 and up till now she has not be granted. I have applied for visitors visa 3 times but was rejected. Just last month (after 19 months) the CO requested for further information (my pcc and wife's pcc, bills etc). These days its very difficult to get visitor visa approved. I think its advisable to go thru immigration lawyers good luck
