My nomination on Restaurant Manager was rejected in the year April 2018 by Immigration reason was not attaching the benchmark invoices proper and also was not attach the receipt of the invoices which was paid. And that was the fault of the migration agent which he has not to mention to us. We lodge the AAT in May 2018 but not the AAT Processing time is taking 2-3 years in between owner want to get out from this situation and given until Jan 2020 if hearing comes.
