Deepak v Posted June 5, 2019 Share Posted June 5, 2019 Hello Guys I really need help here .my company done the nomination for 186 TRT and it got refused due to wrong business name they put on due to too many entities in our company My company is happy put another nomination .I am on bridging A Can I put new 186 application based on new nomination before withrawing the old one? If you lodge an onshore 186 application while holding a BVA, I'm not sure if the result will be that you are given a BVC (which usually comes with no work rights and absolutely has no travel rights).
