RamanSingh Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hi everyone, My wife lodged her partner visa 309 by herself. She got pregnant during the processing and we have a 8 moths old daughter now. A visa officer has been assigned and she's asked to provide more information like medicals and Sponsorship by a partner to Migrate to Australia. But its not form 40sp. paulhand Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 You need to complete a sponsorship application in your Immi Account as explained in the letter.
