I’m currently applying for a 489 visa as the main applicant and have added my partner.He has still not fully decided if he will be joining me in Australia (after 5 years of discussions).If I get granted the visa, does he have to come with? If he doesn’t come out, will I still be able to apply for an 887 once I’ve met the conditions do the 489 even if he hasn’t?
