Also what is the process My wife has met someone else and I want to end my sponsorship. We lodged initial applications in Delhi. So do I send my withdrawal letter to Delhi High commission? You just need to call immigration and tell them that you want to withdraw your sponsorship. I did this process myself. Happy to provide you more info. You need to be very careful bro. You can not cancel your partners visa. All you can do is advise the Department that your relationship has ended. You cannot just call Immigration.
