Daggers86
Hi guys, i am are in process of applying for Pr. my migration advisor has advised there is a 'risk' to the application and as far as i understand ifs due to my company not being able to fully meet the training quota asked from the govt (new obligation, since saf levy) My company say they can prove they spent enough on training but the person in charge of training however job title was HR and her job role wasnt 100% training! But she was in charge of it. I dont really know what to do. the migration agent has a 100% success rate so far in regards to other peoples applications at my firm but have said there is a risk . its a lot of money and time down the drain if it gets rejected. do I just lodge and cross our fingers? Any advice or help would be appreciated. Daggers
MaggieMay24
It depends on how your employer is proving they meet the training benchmark. I'm HR and my job is not 100% training, so I didn't include my salary as part of our training expenses. But we had enough other relevant expenses that were included allowing us to meet the training benchmark.
