Today my uncle who lives in Fremantle e-mailed me to say that he has had an offer accepted on a house here. And he wanted to know if we wanted to rent it when we get there. My concern is that on the e-mail it states that is has automatic security gates. Is security gates normal or is it a reflection on the area. Also from what we can see on the maps it looks like a major road and we were wondering if the houses on Manning road are set back of the road side or right on top of it. Also is it near primary and secondary schools, and if so what is the reputation of the schools there. Any advice will be greatly appreciated as he would like and answert bach as soon as possible.
