VERYSTORMY Posted November 23, 2018 Share Posted November 23, 2018 It shouldn't stop him, but it is likely to take a fair few months to get a grant. Allow at least 6 months. He will need to do a very subservient/ apologetic type letter explaining his offence and how it was out of character and things.
