engwizo Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 Hi, I have a question as I am 457 visa holder (under new policy as its granted after 18 April changes). It's only 2 years ,STSL and will expire on August 2019. I have new job offer and the new employer is ok to transfer my visa from my current employer. 1- will the new employer apply for TSS 482 nomination only? or a new visa application is required too? 2- and if it's only transfer, will I have my visa expiry date reset for 2 years starting from the transfer date or I will have same expiry of my current visa August 2019?
