@zabee I have similar situation to you I think, but I am still waiting a new job offer from new employer who gonna sponsor me and not sure if new nomination is sufficient to transfer or new visa application should be applied? please update me if you got answer. Thanks

Hi, I have a question as I am 457 visa holder (under new policy as its granted after 18 April changes). It's only 2 years ,STSL and will expire on August 2019. I have new job offer and the new employer is ok to transfer my visa from my current employer. 1- will the new employer apply for TSS 482 nomination only? or a new visa application is required too? 2- and if it's only transfer, will I have my visa expiry date reset for 2 years starting from the transfer date or I will have same expiry of my current visa August 2019?
