My husband and I have already lodged a 309 visa in June 2018 but no CO assigned yet. However, they requested a medical already which was submitted in July. We also obtained and submitted the FBI clearance. He is American and wants to come here for 2 or 3 months during the Christmas holidays. We are not really sure which visa to get. Prior to lodging the 309, he came here on ETA 601. Wondering if this is the best one to apply for again or visa 600? Please help. Many thanks! wrussell Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 You might find yourself having to repeat the medical examination and police clearances both of which are valid for no more than 12 months.
