Does it needs to be filled in block letters? I am an indian and I don't have any NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD as per the criteria mentioned in the immi account, since i am residing in U.A.E since birth. I have U.A.E. resident i.d. card and U.A.E. driving license. So while answering this ques "Does this applicant have a national identity card?
