I have now submitted form 1023 with correction and am planning to submit a letter explaining the error by uploading in immi account before clicking the requsted information provided. Is my approach right?

Hi, I have received a request for PCC from UK and USA due to an error while filing form 80 and 1221. I have a degree from a University in london and i have mentioned the London address instead of their approved Tuition providers address in U.A.E. Similarly for U.S.A. also i have mentioned the main bodies name for my certification instead of self-study and institution's name. Now, CO is asking for PCC from this 2 countries which i have not visited. May i know how to deal with this issue? Thank You

Hi, I have a query with regards to education points claimed while lodging 189 skilled visa.My skills have been assessed positively by the vetassess, and my bachelors degree is comparable to the education level of an AQF Bachelor degree and the field of study is also highly relevant. I used to work while studying for my bachelors degree which is quiet common in U.A.E (note by- irrelevant job and i am not claiming any points for this work) ., will working while studying cause any issue with regards to the qualification points claimed (15 points for bachelors)? Kindly provide your valuable inputs. Thank You

I have submitted my CV for skilled assessment to vetassess and i have only included the qualification which i wanted to get assessed by the vetassess in the CV. I will disclose all my qualification in the form 80. But, should i also update the irrelevant(not assessed qualification) in the CV which i will upload while lodging of visa? Will discrepancy in form 80 and my CV due to exclusion of irrelevant qualification cause an issue? Thank You

Hey thanks Grant for responding to my query. For me, ABC company name will be present in my payslips and every employment documents which i will submit. Only few old bank statements from 2009 till 2014, company XYZ name is present. Then from 2015 till date ABC company name is present. Thank you

Hi All, I have a query with regards to the company name in the bank statements against the salary credited. I am working for ABC CO. since 2009 and the co. Name in the bank statement is showing as XYZ ( both are govt. Organization) till 2014 and after that it is showing the co. ABC name. This was because my company and other business units used to transfer the salaries to XYZ Company and then XYZ CO. used to distribute the salaries in bank. After 2015, all business units themselves distribute the salaries to banks and that is why their name's are present. Will this create an issue or in better words - how to handle this situation? Hi All, I have a query with regards to the filling of visa application form in Immi Account. Does it needs to be filled in block letters? I am an indian and I don't have any NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD as per the criteria mentioned in the immi account, since i am residing in U.A.E since birth. I have U.A.E. resident i.d. card and U.A.E. driving license. So while answering this ques "Does this applicant have a national identity card? " should i write no or yes and enter the U.A.E. resident i.d. card and U.A.E. driving license. Thank You

I don't have payslips prior to 4 year period, but i will be provided with salary certificate which will mention my joining date, current salary and current designation. Also, a service certificate mentioning the same. Additionally, i can submit my employee i.d. card which will show almost the same information like current designation, joining date and my picture too.

Out of 8 years points claimed, What if i have last 4 years payslips along with the corresponding bank statements showing the salary being credited?

Thanks Sue for your response, I can manage to get payslips for last 4 years out of 8, which will also be stamped by the h.r. and corresponding bank statements for the 4 year payslips showing the salary being credited in my account. As i am working in a tax free country, so no tax record to show. Does last 4 year payslips with corresponding bank statements along with previously mentioned documents be enough? Is it okay to upload 4 years payslips with the corresponding bank statements showing salary credited out of the 8 years claimed? Thank You

Hi, I have queries with regards to the uploading of documents after lodging of visa. I have been working since 2009 for the same company and have received positive outcome for my skilled assessed as an internal auditor. For vetassess, i just uploaded a service certificate stating (" xxx employee holder of passport no. has commenced working with us joining date and the current designation-Auditor), salary certificate for the same( mentioning the salary) with the designation as Auditor, Roles and Responsibilities. All of these documents were issued by my companies HR department and stamped. After the positive assessment, i have been promoted as Senior Auditor, the roles and responsibilities are almost the same. Now for visa lodging, i will upload the same documents which i submitted to vetassess for skill assessment for Auditors post. For senior auditors post, i will upload my promotion letter, Roles and responsibilities issued by HR department, service certificate stating (" xxx employee holder of passport no. has commenced working with us joining date and the current designation(senior auditor), salary certificate for the same( mentioning the current salary)with the designation as Senior Auditor. Is this enough for employment evidence?

So you applied for assessing as a construction manager initially with vetassess and it was rejected. Then, you applied as architectural draft person by providing the same documents? What is your designation mentioned in your reference letter? Did vetassess called you or your company at the time of assessment?

Well i would suggest you to check with a MARA registered agent in your scenario. BTW, did vetassess directly provide you positive assessment or it was reviewed and then given? What about the evidence which you have provided to both vetassess and while lodging your visa. What all did you include for claiming the 7.5 yrs of experience?

What is exactly mentioned in your visa refusal form? What occupation have you applied for and which assessing authority did you approach for assessing your experience? Was any employment verification done ?
