Experience Letters JD vs Designation

Hi seniors 

I m new here, I have a small but very crucial query and request a swift reply; 

In experience letters, if the designation is different than JD mentioned over the letter; e.g designation for Auditor but JD is of an Accountant or vice versa; is it acceptable for Vetasses or CPA?

Internal auditor and accountant are quite distinct skilled occupations for skills assessment an migration  purposes and have quite different skills assessment criteria.

From your post I cannot ascertain what you are trying to find out.

As a rule CPA does not assess work experience.

To positively assess an internal auditor, VETASSESS  requires it

If designation is of accountant and duties are almost of internal  auditor; acceptable for vestassess as an auditor ?

Similarly what if designation is of auditor but duties are of accountant, is it acceptable experience as an accountant ?
