jww
My mother & father are 75years old and have run their own successful business in the UK for the past 50 years. They has significant capital $1.5m+ they can invest and have a business opportunity in SA they would like to invest in. The business visas mention that the age is 55years old unless there is an exemption. Has anyone been granted a visa at this age? is it possible? and if which stream? Thank you. Christina L
Hi jww, in view of their age, the only visas your parents can look at are either the business retirements visa or possibly significant investor stream visa under subclass 188, if they are willing to go for investing a minimum of AUD$5 million in complying investments for at least 4 years. Bridgeman
Do they qualify for a parent visa if they meet the balance of family test?
