My mother & father are 75years old and have run their own successful business in the UK for the past 50 years. They has significant capital $1.5m+ they can invest and have a business opportunity in SA they would like to invest in. The business visas mention that the age is 55years old unless there is an exemption. Has anyone been granted a visa at this age? is it possible? and if which stream? Thank you.
