If i put 2015 as my start date the EOI awards me 5 points but if i put 2016 as my start date then i am missing a year from my work history. I emailed a migration advisor and i think i have it cleared up now. As i am not claiming points for work experience I can just include the entire duration of my work experience with this company and then choose the 'Less than 3 years in 10 years' option for the question related to 'Experience in Nominated Occupation" Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.
