A receipt for payment? Have you checked your spam email in case you have missed a request for more info? Can you log into your Immi account and does it say anything there? Do you meet the requirements of the visa, time in Australia etc? Sorry can’t think of anything else to help. Hopefully they are just busy and will get to it soon. ?
