I’m currently in Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, working and my job title is ‘Database Manager’ which is on the sponsored job list. I have 6 years experience doing this job in London in the UK, however although it’s exactly the same job in Sydney as it was in London, the job title is different. The company I’m working for in Sydney are desperate to sponsor me which is great, but is the job title going to be an issue?
