Renting

We've come from the UK and are now starting to look for rentals.

We are trying to do a letter explaining everything but we're a bit stumped as to what to put in it. Can anyone give me any pointers as where to start or what to include.

For a covering letter just mention your new to the country so have lack of Australian renting history, are currently job seeking or, are starting work on xxx date at xxx place.

With the letter you need ID and proof you paid bills, so include copies of driving licence, medicare card, passport, paid up UK utility bills, and rent references, oh and a copy of a healthy bank account so they know you have funds to pay the rent if you are still job seeking.
