I graduate in Australia and I am applying for RSMS 187 but I have no previous experience related to my current job/position. Are the employment reference letters necessary in my case? Ā I got SUPER excited on Friday as my MA contacted me to say a Case Worker from the Dept of Immi had called her asking for my employment references. She advised them that they already had all of my references and they said ok, leave it with me...I haven't heard anything else since Ā I checked my Immiaccount and the status has changed to Assessment in Progress but not further updates have been put on there. Ā I am devastated as my MA advised me that if I didn't hear anything by today, the Case Worker had probably put my application back in the pile to be allocated again.
