Guest Gollywobbler
Hi MyLady That report makes shocking reading in my view. However there had been a case in the last few weeks in which a transplantee originally had a visa application refused because the MOC who examined her meds file simply leapt to a negative conclusion about her without making any proper enquiries whatsoever. The ensuing fuss that was made was a fuss the size of Australia, with threats of litigation and all sorts. The visas have now been granted. I am told that the MOC section are now hastily re-arranging the way they tackle the Cat B meds so that they can never repeat such a blunder in future. Personally I think that spending a million bucks on the Guidance Notes is a total waste of money. All that they actually need to do is to put their existing house into proper order. Best wishes Gill
