My kid is 4.5 years old, thus a good catchment area and secure place would be great. Yet we prefer the location to be more international, say if equally distributed among different nationalities, like OZ, UK, Asian etc would sounds perfectly. We have sorted list places like, Epping, Carlingford, Marsfield, Hornsby and Parramatta. Bro and sis, any suggestions? What are lifestyle factors that you value most (location v size of property, closeness to beaches/parks/bush, cafe culture, restaurants, pubs etc) Where will you be working and how long a commute are you willing to do - drive or publec transport?
