starlight7
We are thinking of going there at the end of next year- probably on a Wendy Wu tour but maybe some other tour. A bit worried in case it is too strenuous though. We went to China a couple of years back with the same company and it was marvellous but we are 2 years older and creakier now. Guest The Pom Queen
I have never heard of Wendy Wu. Will have to google. I would love to do China and like you said an organised tour would probably be wonderful although I do like to go off and do my own thing as well
Evandale
We love Laos and have friends who live in Luang Prabang and Vientiane. The Laotians are lovely people and many areas remain unspoilt . Love the French/Laotian architecture. I dont think you will regret paying this part of the world a visit!
marine8611
I agree with Evandale .You will definitely enjoy Laos. They are still recovering from what the Americans have done to their country though.Pretty sad history.
