If so can anybody recommend someone to speak to ? I'm aware of the poor exchange rate currently but I'm looking for some financial advice regarding this! Hope somebody can help! In the same way as applying for a mortgage, you would need to satisfy the affordability to pay the monthly payments by way of income. Are you renting out your uk property?
