Guest Koala Posted November 25, 2006 Share Posted November 25, 2006 Chatswood, Artarmon and St Leonards are all good suburbs, being on the North Shore, which is among the better areas to live. Of course this will mean that rentals are higher too. These suburbs are all on the train line, which makes life easier for commuting into the city.
