sheff de party
Hi , Sorry if this question has been asked loads of times. In 2006, I received a Fixed Penalty Notice for criminal damage (accidental I might add!). An FPN is not a conviction or a caution and is eligible be stepped down immediately. However, I'm still not sure if it'll show up on that check. Does anyone know whether these things show up with "No Trace" or "No Live Trace"? Thanks! sheff de party
Thanks for your reply. Do you mind me asking how you know? ACPO didn't when I called them but guessing you have some experience with this?

ACPO didn't when I called them but guessing you have some experience with this? I do it for a living. Even if there is an error and it does not appear, you must declare it, or risk visa refusal/cancellation

Notts to Oz
I'm about to apply and have a PND for drunk and disorderly in 2009. I was given an £80 fine which I paid. This is the only trouble I've been in. Im hoping it says no live trace!
