How far in advance can a student visa been granted may be something is interested. SOMV Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 You can arrive in Australia on your student visa up to 90 days before your course starts. But you cannot start working until your course has actually started. So you should begin preparing your student visa application online (you will have to have your Confirmation of Enrolment) and see when the system lets you submit the visa application before the 90 day period.
