I understood there to be an intention to work for the same employer for two years following approval. Correct, but there are no employment related conditions imposed on subclass 186 visas. There could be an issue if it is decided that the visa holder had no intention of working for the nominating employer, or the employer had no intention of providing the noiminated position.
