Do not expect a reply though, in Aus lots of people apply and the only ones they answer is the ones they are interested in. Ignoring the rest. Also bone up on the union as they rule the roost and you need to tread carefully around them. My friend's husband is in construction supervisor, manager whatever you like to call it and its a up and down industry, one day you have a job the next you don't etc. So need to take super out with the industry fund so that you can get some continuation.
