Jemvin Posted August 7, 2016 Share Posted August 7, 2016 Hi I was wondering if my partner was to apply for a uk spouse visit so we can return to live in the uk, how long roughly will it take to get the visa ?? Would be applying from Sydney. We would be applying under be eligible through savings. Also is there a time frame in which we have to enter the uk if visa is granted ? I find the situation quite stressful, knowing how long to sell out things and organise our house etc also have a 10 month old .
